Booking
Changeover day is SUNDAY.
Bookings are usually for a week from Sunday at 3.00 pm to 10.00 am on the following Sunday. However if the house is available we will try to work around your preferred dates.
Mini-breaks Monday - Friday are available at a reduced rate.
How to book
Please contact us by email. Once the booking has been confirmed please send through a deposit of £250 per week by bank transfer. No booking is confirmed until we have received your reply to the booking email and deposit. If we haven't received your final payment 8 weeks before the start of your holiday we reserve the right to try to secure another booking.
2024 weekly rental charges
Prices exclude cleaning, bed linen and bath or beach towels (prices for these are below). Discounts available for people in full-time Christian work.

Cleaning
The cleaning cost is £120 per booking in addition to the weekly rental charge; this includes cleaning, hand towels, tea towels and kitchen cloths.
Dogs
Very happy for you to bring one canine friend on the basis that they do not go upstairs and are not allowed on any of the furniture. They must be booked in advance of arrival, and an additional cleaning charge of £20 applies.
Bedding and towels
All the beds have feather duvets. We offer a bed linen service - the cost for making up all six beds is £65.
If you don't need all of the beds made up, please specify which rooms you would like to be prepared for you. You will be charged accordingly. The individual costs are:
- Double bed: £13
- Single bed: £11
You can rent bath and beach towels for £2.50 each. Please let us know how many you'd like.
If you are not booking a bed linen/towel service you will need to bring sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases as well as your own towels.

Follow signs to Bude from the A39 and you'll head into the town centre passing Morrisons and Splash leisure centre on your right. At the bottom of the hill is small roundabout. Take the second exit and head into the centre of Bude. Stay on the same road, you'll go up a hill and then down again, crossing a golf course. Take the first left after the golf course, then first right and then first left into Victoria Road.
